Two questions that may actually be one:
Under my Toyota Care I realize that I get all scheduled maintenance done at no charge for the first 2 years of ownership which was transferred to me as the 2nd owner. Does this include R/R of diff fluid as well since it is listed below the primary list in the maintenance schedule and qualified as using 4WD and/or towing? ( This may factor into my decision to extend Toyota Care. If in essence it only covers oil changes and brake inspection then I will more than likely pass on the extension.)
On my print out from the dealer after this last oil change, it states that oil change was completed and "17 point inspection" was completed. In your collective eyes, is this acceptable, or should I request that they specifically list each point covered in the maintenance schedule ensure me that each checkpoint in the maintenance schedule has indeed (as much as one can rely on anyone else at a shop) been checked over.
All of the above are brand new to me as I never have had anyone else wrench on my 1997 LC. This is the first vehicle I have even owned that has had a warranty beyond a handshake!
Thanks for all your help,
Katie
