Toyota emblem from a Prius....

So a Prius came into the shop for front end work and needed a new front clip. Well the Toyota emblem is just sitting on the floor so if the boss doesn't want it I was thinking of PlatiDipping it and putting it on the grill. PlastiDip since my T4 isn't blue....

Oh and the pack of 72s is a size reference.....

Prolly do it with the Satoshi mod. It's curved so I hope it doesn't look weird....

Seeing the size of that sucker next to the cigs reminds me of a giant buckle on a cowboy style belt. Never know though, maybe it will look good after you hide the evidence of the Prius steeze... Like everyone else said, it's free, might as well give it a go!

As someone who owns both a lifted 4WD 4Runner and a Prius (well Lexus CT-200h, same engine) I can tell you they are not that bad.

If anyone is looking seriously for a 2nd car as a Daily-Driver you get a lot out of a Prius.

The Prius III can be had for ~ $24,000, it comes with lots of tech and gets 45-55 MPG. Also IMO the newest ones are a lot better looking than the pre-2010 version.

Toyota emblems come in a lot of different sizes, just make sure that one is the same size as the stock on.

I personally think it would look neat. But dont get me wrong, I hate the prius.

The choice to use nickel batteries is a testament to the lack of actual care for the environment toyota projected their smug owners would posses. Here in Berkeley almost all the worst drivers can be seen daily jetting around with complete disregard for their surroundings; or the fact that they are actually residing on a road, designed for transport, with other people in need of getting places. Seriously on each and every drive I encounter some fool behind the wheel of a Prius failing to properly operate their motor vehicle!
Instead doing one of the following: going half the speed limit, standing still at a green light, making an illegal turn, driving with their brights on, going the Wrong way down a one way (this actually happened twice in the past three weeks!), etc. etc...

No coincidence, that an almost silent vehicle would be more likely hit an unassuming pedestrian. Oh no its not only professors the epidemic is in far more advanced stages lol
Also that previous post was to be taken with a grain of salt, just a rant. But seriously spend one day driving in Berkeley and I am sure you would feel same as I do.

PS: Sorry to thread jack! I think using the emblem would be sick cant wait to see it come together! Really like the idea of trying something new and unique I bought a old orange "4 wheel drive" emblem from an fj55 to use on my Satoshi when I finally get around to doing one.
