Toyota Long Life Coolant (Red). Is the OEM part a concentrate?

I picked up a jug of Toyota Long Life red (not pink) coolant. The label does not say whether it is a concentrate or pre-mixed, but the ingredients does not contain "water" so I am assuming this is a concentrate.

Can anyone confirm? Did the red OEM coolant ever come in a pre-mixed solution, or are the jugs from the dealer ONLY in concentrated form?

Red is not premixed, the pink is.

The premixed coolant jug in large letters says Premixed -Do not add water.

Confirming- I bought the red stuff at the stealer and confirmed with the guy at the counter that it was NOT premixed. The stuff on the shelf next to it was, and was clearly labeled as such.
