Toyota manual Torque specs ?

Maybe I'm slow but can somone explain this to me ?
Example :
Here is a typical small bolt spec in my 2001 manual
18N-m (180kgf.cm) 13 ft-lbf I understand these are metric and standard figures with this example being 13 foot pounds.
Here is one for the spark plug/ignition coil mounting bolts
7.8 N-m (80kgf-cm, 69 in, .lbf) Notice this one includes an in before lbf. Is there math to do with these as there is no way these bolts can be 69 ft lbs of torque.
Also,
Has anyone found a real factory/shop manual ? These red and black multi volume manuals are okay but I cannot believe Toyota mechanics/dealerships use these. The index is miserable, some pages show torque specs, many don't, the layout/sequence is not logical compared to any US, Honda or BMW service manual I have ever owned.

I feel your pain, dude. I found some mistakes in factory service manual. My solution on some torque typos is to use standart bolt and nut specs based on size and material. It's posted at the begining of most repair manuals. O yea little comon sence too.

The conversion from inch/pounds to foot/pounds is easy.. Divide the inch/pounds number by 16. Equals foot pounds. So your 69 inch/pounds is equal to 4.3 foot/pounds.

1 pound = 16 ounces



EDIT: Should be divide the inch/pounds number by 12. 12 inches= 1 foot.. Duh... I must have been thinking inch/ounces, since I have to do that one for my bicycles all the time.

69 in.lbs must be a typo however.....even considering the coil case is plastic the bolt torque would be more than 4.3 I would think ?
Hmmmm maybe not.
