Do they have OEM parts? I thought the Toyota dealership network had a lock on it.

They don't have "OEM" parts...BUT they do offer parts from OE providers who makes Toyota OEM parts, so those won't have Toyota on the packaging but it's the same part that Toyota sells, you just have to know who the OE providers are.

Closest Toyota dealer to me (where i bought my 4runner) an hour away, in a direction I seldom go.
So when on family road trips I stop by a dealer and purchase in bulk. If I think about it, I'll call a week ahead and order what I want. A case of oil filters one time, air filters another. Recently a case of Toyota ATF. Ran across a new OEM cv axle on Facebook marketplace for $50.

I have in fact had recent success on Ebay sourcing a 140 amp alternator fuse (bolt in) for my 2005 Gen 4 4runner. The key there is contacting the seller to insure the part is OEM Toyota as advertised. Ebay has recourse to fraud and the sellers live and die by ratings. That said, I much prefer more reliable dealer sources if the price is reasonable. I compare prices and shipping cost/timing and go with the best offer. Part of my justifying the high price of OEM is to consider how long a part has lasted in my vehicle (boat, mower, generator...): my 4Runner is an '05, my Yamaha outboard is an '04. Divide OEM cost by 18 years or so and make the call!

also check out of country-side e-commerce websites, like alibaba china , ebay europe or etsy canada, sometimes they can provide promotions. like end of year sales... etc.

Be very careful with sites like alibaba. Altough they may list parts as being "Genuine Toyota OEM," there is a very good chance that they are counterfeit parts. One dead giveaway is a price that is far lower than anybody else.
