Picked up Toytec's Adjustable Panhard bar this last Thursday and got it installed today. Waaay simpler than putting the stock bar back on (obviously)!! This product is pretty cool, actually. I can't compare it against Sonoran Steel's adjustable bar as I don't own it nor seen it actually installed, but Toytec's was nice to put it in, loosen up the nuts on each side, and then twist to extend the bar to the desired length (and of course re-tighten the nuts on each side).
I haven't tested going over any bumps at higher speeds yet, but I'm sure I will be at some point this week. I'm looking forward to not swaying side-to-side and instead up and down. Here's some pictures below of the install:
