I have an 04 SE V6 so I do want to keep the XRES shocks but would like to lift a little. So I know I could just do the FJ coil swap but was wondering if I could use Toytec's Eibach coils with the stock shocks up front and the there superflex rear coils? Or with that be too much for the stock XRES shocks to handle?

Wouldn't recommend they, too much for them to handle. You can use a spacer lift and keep xreas.

Yea, but keeping xreas that's the only safe option.either that or ditching it. Got rid of mine, don't miss it at all.
