I have a set of top plate spacers from Toytec that were used for probably 3000 miles before switching to 5100's. Spacers come with the extended studs and are about a half inch thick. Looking to get $45 shipped for the spacers
According to toytec, spacers provide about .75" of lift. Here's a link to toytecs page.
