TPMS rebuild?

The other day I went to check the pressure on my spare tire... Well the chrome valve stem cap was seized onto the valve stem and I twisted off half the threads. The stem does "hold air" but not trustworthy, thus I need a new valve stem.

Are the TPMS on Toyota rebuildable? Or will I need to buy a whole unit?

If you twisted off half off the threads, that's it. That one is done. Spend the money (you can get them at Napa as well for cheaper), but they still need to be programmed.
