tpms sensors

This has prolly been asked b4 but just need a quick reference and thought u guys might know.

I have a 03 Runner limited. I bought some 2011 taco rims that look exactly like my Runner rims. I am wondering if the TPMS sensors need to be recalibrated. The Taco was a 4 door version and Brand new. The tires and rims have 1200 miles on them. My thoughts are that the two vehicles are prolly close to each other in weight but not sure.

Has anyone else encountered this b4?? and if so how did you handle it?

If you put the original TPMS sensors from your 4runner in the new to you taco wheels you should be fine. If your using the sensors from the Tacoma then yes, you will need to have them recalibrated.
