TR4.ORG side badges

Had and awesome idea to replace my side badges with shapeways printed "TR4.ORG" or perhaps just "TR4" in the site banner/5th gen sr5 badge font. I know next to nothing about 3d molding but saw [MENTION=99702]jrandom[/MENTION] did something similar with trail badges. Anyone have any suggestions to get something like this going or a website that would custom print badges for a reasonable price?

Just looking for a way for site members to subtlety note we're on here while keeping a stockish appearance. Thoughts?

If I had a base vector file of that t4r.org logo I could model one, if there was enough interest in it. I judge they would print for between $12-15 ea. for black strong and flexible material.

I could build a vector from a .psd maybe it already has a vector mask? If not its a little bit more work but totally doable. [MENTION=165]momo.75[/MENTION] ?
