TLC was started by Jonathan Ward the owner of ICON, these run around $140,000. ICON makes the best off-road rigs but they do cost big bucks, I highly doubt you would have any issues with reliability. Some info about ICON below.

The concept for ICON was born in response to the direction I had seen the collector market heading, as demands and expectations on classic cars grew to expect modern performance married to classic styling. My wife Jamie and I started TLC, the nations leading Land Cruiser Service center in 1996, to provide sales, service, parts and restoration services to the Land Cruiser community.

As our global reputation grew and grew, I began to work as a consultant for Toyota, and TLC began to handle special projects for Toyota ranging from outfitting vehicles for special events to eventually being asked by Mr. Toyoda to build three running and driving prototypes of what became the 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. Our original prototypes paid more direct homage to the Land Cruiser tradition than the exciting new FJ Cruiser. I voted LandCruiser... I think both obviously would serve you well, but for me personally the LC is a step up in a lot of ways.

Just for getting to the trail, through the trail, and back I'd go with the 200 as long as it was LHD.

For off road + daily driver I'd stick with my TE.

I agree, I think the owner states that initially they wanted to use the iForce 5.7 but that Toyota would not provide them as it would mess up their production runs. The LSx is reliable and proven, but the iForce would have been better keeping with theme.
