For what it's worth here are the numbers from my deal. Keep in mind, I only have one Toyota dealer in the entire state (multiple locations, same owner). 4Runner trails are always presold before they even get to the dealer. Typically there are only 2-4 4Runners on the lot at any given time.
With all that said, here goes:
2015 Trail w/ KDSS (non-premium) - $37,500
Winterization - $495
Doc Fee - $199
Title and License (no lien holder) - $115
OTD=$38,309
We don't have any taxes to pay, so $38,309 is it. I am happy with the deal, as I can sell it three years down the road with 36k miles for $33-35k locally.
I know I am a far cry from being anywhere near Texas, but it sounds like your price plus TTL is a bit high. Especially not having the KDSS, whether you need/want it or not.
