Trail w/Entune Nav

I know this has been a hot topic, I read most of the threads about it.

If you had to do it again would you get Entune or the standard radio... perhaps with an aftermarket upgrade to the headunit?

I mostly use the Nav on my iphone but coverage isn't great in Colorado so I don't always have a signal, would the Nav on the 4runner be much better?

I really want satellite radio and it seems to be available on both radio options so, is the extra money worth it or better spent on an aftermarket upgrade?

Is the Pioneer Avic Z series unit I've seen in a few build threads the best bet?

I am in the same boat. Car was stolen recently and have to replace head unit. I'm leaning towards Pioneer myself, they just released an iPhone 5 compatible unit AVIC-Z150BH - NEW! - Flagship In-Dash Navigation AV Receiver with 7" WVGA Touchscreen Display, Bluetooth®, HD Radio™ Tuner, SiriusXM Ready, Built-In Traffic Tuner, and AppRadio Mode for iPhone® and Select Android&#848 I think release date is in March sometime.

I also hear good things about Alpine.

The only thing that bums me out is that none of these units display SMS TEXT. I think the Entune model does, from what I have read on the forum

I've said this many times, but the Entune navigation has worked flawlessly for me. It is a much better navigation system than the DVD based "upgrade" that was an option.

I don't use any of the "apps" that come with the Entune, so I have no opinion on those.
