Seems these things don't hold out very long.
I have heard rumors that they are somewhere in the 200.00 range from the dealer, so I tried a different rout.
I bought a standard universal 4 pin wire install kit w/converter, Hopkins was the brand.
Behind the driver cargo rear panel there is where you can find the converter. 4-wires in 4-wires out. The wires out are the universal trailer wire coloring, so simple matching is necessary.
Cut the pugs off the old converter and cut the ends off the new converter and butt-spliced them together.
I used a multi-meter to determine the input wires:
Green - Left Turn
Green Black - Right
Green White - Brake
Green yellow - Parking
Above is from memory so double check for yourself.
So far so good.
