Trailer wiring harness

I am pretty sure this has been covered but the search on this site does not work on my phone for some reason. I click search and the keyboard pops up for just a second and disappears. I tried google and got multiple hits but not sure which to go with.

i need to rent a uhaul trailer to bring a trencher to and from the house but I tore out the non-working trailer harness that was on the truck. I need a new harness but not sure which is the best out there.

Anyone care to share what you installed on yours?

You don't need the best, you just need a wire harness. I used this one from etrailer.

It says it doesn't fit my vehicle.

Does yours have a plug on the rear driver just below the cab vent? If so, then it'll work for you. If not, you'll need this one to tie into your factory tail lights.
