I'm going to have the same lift once Toytech gets their springs in stock. I've been toying with 32's or 33's. Sadly, I really don't want to drop mileage even more to go with 33's and your truck (s) are helping sell me on 32's!

Thanks man! Yeah I love my 32's but for how much I'm on the pavement..its the better option than 33's. As much as I would love some.

Small update. I'm selling the white one today! And also I washed the red one and paint the flares and lower valence with black SEM trim paint. I love that stuff! Kinda pricey but worth it.

At the muffler shop getting my dynomax super turbo welded on! The guys at the shop loved the 4runner!

Haven't got around to do a video of the Dynomax Super Turbo muffler..mainly cause I'd rather not use my phone.
All I can say about it is that I love the sound, and its just enough rumble for me. Not overkill

Yesterday I changed my gear oil in the rear and front differentials and the transfer case. Very quick and easy, really needed to get that done.

Secondly, I figured since I was going wheeling tomorrow I'd pick up a auto fire extinguisher and mounted it in the trunk area. It took about 10 minutes and looks awesome!

Thanks Rip! I may just cave and use my phone one day. But yeah the muffler was $48? Off amazon if I'm not mistaken..then 50 bucks to have it welded on. Pretty cheap I'd say.

Trailhead, I was just catching up on your build thread here... Congratulations on the new 4Runner man. I was a fan of your old one, but I've got to admit, that new one is pretty spiffy.

You'll love having the 4wd, it's going to spur an entirely new round of mods for you.

Thanks BFAD! I am loving every minute of 4WD, and yes....new mods are swarming me! But right now I'm just ready to enjoy the fruits of my labor.

Well I was able to go out this weekend and have some fun. Went out on a trail in Paint Rock Valley with my buddy and his tacoma. Here are some pictures out our trip.















Annndddddd.....the aftermath. 15 year old CV boot gone.


Overall a awesome trip, couldnt be happier in how the 4Runner performed.

Your new rig is looking awesome! I always thought your white one was one of the simplest yet and cleanest 4Runners on here. Now, your new one carries that same look forward but with a transfer case in between! haha Awesome truck and awesome shots man. I love this build.
