Tranny and Diff fluid change

Im planning on getting my tranny and diff fluids flushed soon. I have no idea how long its been since its been changed. Ive had the truck for 2 years, its a 94 3.0 with manual tranny and 4x4 with 175k. What kind of fluids should i use?

Fluid weights are in the factory service manual, check the stickies up top. Brand is a matter of preference. I run whatever in my front diff, red line in the rear.

80w90 for the diffs. that's what the dealer told me.
