Ok, nicked the hard lines with my angle grinder when I did my SAS.
I ran without the cooler for a trip and surprise, AT oil temp light came on. I was always going to replace the cooler, now I'm just doing it before the next trip.
I have the OEM cooler mounted in a safe location now, and while looking at the new hard lines and planning how to bend them, accounting for the long and not very flexible OEM lines, I thought to myself why am I trying so hard to re use the stock cooler?
So, has anyone pulled the OEM cooler and fit an aftermarket one to the transfer case? I haven't pulled the fittings off the t case yet but I will be in the next few days. Any input?
