also, what coils are you using in the rear? Unless you've got 906s, i think we should be seeing some rake.

your 5100s have five perches and you're on the second, right?

I saw another thread that the tacoma 5100s have 3 perches and you're supposed to use the bottom for that one. Figured I'd throw it out there as a possibility.

That seems a bit high in the front to me, too, although I don't have your setup (I want it, though).

Hahahaha. Right? I've got 891's, and I'm only 1/2 inch higher in the rear.

As an update for anyone that cared, I tore these things out and dropped them down a perch. I'm now on the first perch and sitting at 23.5 hub to fender. Got rid of the vibration, but still have some noise. Gonna run it for the winter and do some more digging come spring time when I can afford to have it down. Thinking perhaps the front diff drop has the diff sitting on the cross member.

You were at 23.5 on the second perch, so why was there no change? Each of the 5 perch settings should drop the lift about 2/3 of an inch. I have a 1 inch dif drop. Here's a pic of my truck with the same lift, same exact components. I'm only at 22.5 on the second perch and others have posted similar results in the front with the TRD tundra springs and Tundra shocks. Maybe you could take a tire off and take a couple of pictures of the entire coilover- UCA- LCA- spindle asy from different angles and maybe someone could spot a discrepancy.

I have 6500 miles on my TRD/Bilstein setup and just noticed a noise from my front end as well only on the highway. I am guessing its a wheel bearing because my CVs angle is 100% fine and they are not ripped or leaking at all. I am on second perch too.
