TRD catback exhaust

Just installed the TRD catback on my 09 V6 T4R. does anyone else who has this notice a moderate drone in the cab at cruising speeds around 35-45?
send me a message to shekarchi if you have any information or have the same issue...
TRD catalog says there should not be any noise inside the cab but I do hear this drone which is kind of irritating after $400+ invested...:-((
Otherwise it sounds great at acceleration and speeds above 55-60

I have the TRD catback for a v6. i LOVE it! it sounds great from speeds 0-18. then shifts to 2nd gear and that when it sounds prime. A nice deep tone to it! Not too loud and never annoying IMO. After speeds of 40+ the deep "loud" sound and droning goes away which is always nice when on the highway.

Most aftermarket mufflers will tend to have a sweet spot where it tends to drone. The loudness can vary from brand to brand and engine to engine, but it's going to be there.

The only muffler that will not drone, that I know of, will always be your factory OEM muffler.

That is why I went Borla....little tone but no drone....LOL I am a poet and did not know it.

Perhaps try getting a resonator installed? Shouldn't cost more than $50 at your local exhaust shop.

I have the TRD (made by Borla) exhaust on my 3rd gen and love it... Everyone who has heard it loves it just as much. Even my grandfather (drives an F10 M5) gets a kick out of stomping on the accelerator with the whine of the supercharger and the growl of the exhaust.
