There are only 2 ways to do a group buy that I know of.....
1. An approved vendor on the forum initiates it on a thread and handles it .(this is the only way on most forums I've been on).
No TRD vendors are on this forum........
2. A forum member,such as you or one of the others that want a group buy,contacts a TRD vendor and sets the whole thing up with prices and details. Then they come on here and start a thread with the details.
If somebody had set one up already it would have been mentioned on this thread already.

I would not expect any gains . Maybe > Maybe > Maybe a little better throttle response or gas milage . They do NOT increase HP or TQ as stated . Its really impossible for that to happen .
1. There is a thing called a mass air flow sensor which regulates how much air can some into the motor. So.....it's not going to do much .
2. if you have your mass air flow sensor changed to allow more air then you need to have an unrestricted exhaust so it has a way to escape . A good custom tune and then you may notice something.
DON'T EVER BELIEVE THE CLAIMS OF THESE.
Will I get one ....... yep !! simply because it looks damn cool under the hood. no expectations of hp/tq gains.
I've ran and tested many of the on a DYNOJET , not by the seat of my pants . you guys would claim false advertising if you saw the differences. The actually do what they are supposed to on vehicles with superchargers . Then you see the gains !!!

I am certainly no expert. The audible difference is very noticeable, and it is probably this new growl that makes people think a performance gain has been achieved. I am very pleased with the new sound. I am going to keep an eye on the mileage as I do anyways, and I am curious to see if there is a measurable improvement.

The MAF is just a sensor, it does not regulate airflow. It relays info about the volume of air entering the engine to the ECU to ensure the engine is operating under the proper stoichiometric ratio based on throttle position. Are you talking about the throttle body? That is the actual mechanical butterfly that does regulate airflow.
The 5thGen intake system does not seem to be restrictive in the first place, so changing an intake does not improve air flow much, but intakes can and do increase power and torque on many vehicles (and not just SC'd vehicles too). There are dynos to back that up.

Could someone please confirm that when you switch off the traction control, just the rear wheels will turn? Is this true? Or should I just remove the front drive shaft? My buddy has a Dyno that I can use to see if the intake does or does not add any power. I do not want my runner to run off the dyno. Lol

Are you driving a limited? All others are rear wheel until you shift into 4x4. Dont think you can disengage on a limited.

Sorry I forgot that part. I have a SR5. So what is the traction control for then? Is it just for the 4x2 and 4x4? It just must be the computer cutting power to the rear wheels. Like you said it not a Limited with all wheel drive. I just want to make sure before it goes on the Dyno.

Sorry for the basic question but I could not tell for sure from the other posts. Is this for looks only or is there real world benifit? And I don't consider engine sound a real benifit - more like looking cool, (not that there is anything wrong with cool looks and sound) please don't hate me for saying that 
Seriously, I have a 2011 Limited and like it but coming from a 2006 V8 I would like to have more power at start up and going up steeper hills. Will this help?

Installed a few days ago, and took it up to the mtns for a snowboard trip. Performed quite well. That low rumble and whistle sound awesome. One of my buddies even said it sounded like I had put a turbo in it. LOL!

Yeah, that's what it reminded me of. Looks great and sounds great. It even met my wife's approval for being appropriately aggressive without being stupid. I remember my test drive when I got on it a little bit, and saying to myself, "...if only I could get a little more of that..."--well, now I have it! :reddance:

Just installed mine. As for a difference in performance, I can tell a difference in the mid-high rpms but nothing off the line. It growls something fierce though when you smash the pedal kinda like my old TRD Supercharged Tacoma. Do I think it's worth the money, as of now NO.....but maybe after I swap the exhaust to allow the added air to escape more freely. Not anticipating a gain in mpg's as I have a lead foot at times but dont really care (if I wanted better mileage I would have bought a Prius). I mean after all, I wanted a V8 to begin with.

Installed mine tonight. Ordered on ebay for $399.98 shipped. There's actually a special on that site now.. I received a 45.00 credit towards a future purchase for buying this. WINNING!
Anywho, the install was simple, yet it somehow took me about 3 hours. I am a bit of a neat freak, so I meticulously wrapped the wire looms in electrical tape. As other members have experienced, I needed to add a washer to the rear right bolt inside the air box (not included in kit). Other than that, everything is very straight forward. This site made researching and installing a breeze, so thanks to everyone who posted their experiences and DIYs.
Now for the good stuff. I love the way this makes the truck sound. Are there HP gains? Probably not, but who cares?! Bling under the hood + awesome sound = 400 bucks well spent. Would I buy it again, yes. Would I recommend you buy this, yes. Will I be wasting 4.49/gallon gasoline for the next week with my lead foot, yes.
