TRD Pro lift kit VS lift for other models. What's the difference?

I see all these spacer kits out there that are specific to the pro. Anything not specific to the TRD pro says they will not work on the pro. The pro front coilovers use the same top hat as the top hat on any other model coilover and the rear suspension is identical across the 5th gen lineup. What is the difference between the pro spacer kit and the spacer kit for every other model?

The pro shocks a large in diameter, and most pro spacers go under or over the spring.

Top hat spacers are all the same however there are pro specific spacers which makes no sense. Preload spacers I understand but not the top hat spacers.
