ran thru the whole thread and dont think i saw it in here but i thought i'd ask. does anyone run the toytec trd lift kit with dobinsons front coils? if i were to do this i'm assuming i would need to replace the uca's as well.
i dont think it will but should i be concerned about negative rake? particularly if i have a full load in the trunk.
another question i have is if i'm making the right decision. i've got a 17' pro and its got about 39k on it and im feeling like i need new tires so i was gonna go ahead and get the lift done at the same time. based on the usage on the current system should i keep and do the more minor upgrades i'm considering above or would be more wise to replace the system?
just trying to make the most logical decision financially, and for vehicle performance and overall longevity.
i live in denver and do take my truck on big camp trips and up into the trails in the mountains and have hit moab a few times. ive felt the truck is very capable as is but the extra height would definitely be welcome due to some the rubbing ive done riding around with my jeep buds, but we arent doing anything major.

I want to match TRD PRO stance with my SR5 Premium
Does Anyone know what exactly is the lift on the 2014-2020 Toyota 4Runner TRD PRO?
I like the stance that's a bit font heavy (oem) that came with the TRD Pros, as they show more of the skid plate. I do not want to level out, as I always drive friends and families to groceries. Any suggestions?
Pro with 1.5/1" spacers (Cornfed/Burtman) w/275's on stock Pro wheels. 275's work just fine on the Pro stock, but I wanted a slightly taller vehicle without getting carried away.

The Pros are 1” higher in the front only over all the other 4Runners. I have the same 1.5/1” spacer lift, but, am running 285’s.

Hey guys, I have a 2016 4runner on a 3/2 spacer lift currently, i just picked up a set of lightly used TRD PRO bilsteins for my rig, wondering, if i got a 2 inch top spacer for the kit would that be the end of the world? Ive seen the toytec 2 inch kit which includes the spring perch as well as a coil spacer, but i have a 2 inch spacer laying around and was wondering if that would be bad. (Yes i have a diff drop kit.) any info helps, thanks!!

Really not the best way to do it. The preload spacer along with the top hat spacer is the way to go. I sell Cornfed kits and have a 2" front only kit made for the Pro. Let me know if you're interested.

I thought I wanted larger tires on my Pro, but then I saw 33s on another TRD Pro in a parking lot... I knew they were bigger than my tires, but I had to look at the sidewall to know they were 33s. It was at that point I decided I would only play with the TRD suspension if I ever encountered an obstacle that it couldn't handle.

That link is for a Tacoma. As far as the leveling, I still have a very slight rake. I have never put much of a load in the back besides my son and a couple other people and groceries. If you plan on towing or installing heavy bumpers, etc. I would consider aftermarket springs.
no offloading in Hawaii BUT my tires rub so to lift or not to lift....
my tires rub when I make sharp turns or try to reverse sometimes and although there's a lot of people who lift their runners here there's really not too many places to go off roading so my question is should I shave some of the fender/ front bumper so the rubbing stops or is it worth it to do a small lift and will a lift even help? I want to lift I just don't know if its worth it???? any advice??

It sounds like you have a SR5, OR or ORP. The Pro has the fender trim mod done and is 1” higher than the other 4Runners. Also the Pro wheels being 7” with the offset clear better than the other 4Runners.
+1 trying to figure this out as well.
Have a 2017 TRD Pro w/ Toytec FJ4RPRO lift and 285s
Have a negative rake when im fully loaded up w/ gear, cooler, tire carrier, roof rack, roofnest falcon, and no passengers
I contacted Toytec before to see if they have a heavier spring for the rear but they mentioned not to go that route cause the rear shocks wont be able to work with it
