I started a thread 4 years ago about ugly rust on rear wheel hubs. I know it's only cosmetic but I like to run my wheels without the centercaps.
Anyway, I did a quick wirebrush job and slapped the rustoleum on them. I didn't even remove the wheels.
Still look fine today, IMO.
