check with Longo Toyota. Their parts department quoted me 800 OTD for the black TRD PRO rims, set of 4. Not sure if that came with the center cap. Does not come with the lugs nuts.
 
Check Craigslist in Orange County or LA..

Saw a set with tires at a decent price yesterday.

Search Toyota TRD, and it will pop up.
 
Where in SoCal are you located? I can get a new set of black trd pro wheels through my shop from Toyota for about $750. Feel free to pm me if interested.
