TRD Supercharger 1st Gen (Gray Top)/Eaton M62 Complete Rebuild- Write Up

So I'm almost finished the supercharger
But ran into a snag pressing in the shaft through the nose cone the shop said my shaft is to worn for press but I believe there is a lip that the seal rides anyone have a shaft out that can mic for me

Rotor Gears

Sorry to bring up an old thread but I'm in need of some info. my super charger just had a rebuild and there was a noise that had started about 5000 miles after install. The only bearing I didn't do were the ones in the rotor pack. I'm selling the rig the charger was on so I pulled it off anyway but to my surprise all the bearings I rebuilt with looked great. oil was black though. is all this normal? I want to rebuild it completely this time and which includes the rotor bearings but iv always heard not to touch them. or the gears have to be perfectly timed. I would like more info on how you marked them when you did them or where can I get those seals behind the bearings. I am mechanically inclined and have access to a press and other useful tools. any help would be greatly appreciated. the noise was low rpm maybe 1200 sounded like dry bearings almost. like a sound a she makes. baaing

Do you think that bearing noise at 1200rpm could be detonation?

I'm pretty familiar with that sound I get it when I'm trying to gag it in fouth on lower rpms. it doesn't sound the same at all. and it just started out of no where a couple Weeks ago. any feed back on the rotor pack bearings?
