That chart is also incorrect regarding the shifter bulb, that one was definitely a 194 in my 99 when it was an auto. Perhaps it's a 2WD only thing. I haven't messed with a 4WD auto shifter.

COB was correct, it is a 194 for the shifter. As for everything else, the 194's wont fit. I'll have to wait till my other shipment arrives to do the cluster and climate controls.

Got the rest of my LED's. Plan to have it all done by the weekend.

Got the cb all wired up and working. Had to move the factory amp in order to have the cb sit flush with the center console piece.

Waiting for a good time to tune the antenna. Want to get a good spot with a lot of signal.

Working on getting a set of new tires and a new rear suspension. Other than that, anybody have a few small mods I can do? I'm running out of ideas!!

You can always remove the outer trim on your wheels and paint it black like you wanted.

Also, your rear bumper plastic seems a little faded. Why not try some Back to Black?

Power outlet mod, replaces relay with a small wire to keep outlets on at all times (only outlets, not cig lighter)

Plastidip emblems. Remove grille and plastidip the center emblem as well.

Repaint hitch receiver (I recommend SEM Trim Black)

Finally got around to dipping my emblems. Took around 3 hours, and I did 4 coats. I didn't do the toyota emblem because the windshield wiper was in the way, but i get to it sooner or later, along with the grille.

Also did the side "TOYOTA" emblems but didn't take any pictures.

Its definitely a #74 on 4wd autos of all years, but that's news to me on the 2wds.

At this point, with not much i can do to a 2wd vehicle, im really wishing i had a 4x4 hopefully in a year or two, i can sell mine, and in exchange, get another 3rd gen thats 4x4!

Went up to big bear a couple weekend ago and got to take a 5th gen Trail Edition. The car was very roomy on the inside compared to my 3rd gen. It handled very well going up the hill. Loved it, and would consider getting a 5th gen if i had that kind of budget! Here a some pictures.

Got to meet and check out Drifter33's truck this weekend. He's definitely put a lot of work and love into his car over the 7 years hes owned his rig. Lots of inspiration and good ideas i got just by looking at it. Gotta love the sound of the TRD supercharger too!! Can't wait to get a 4x4 and wheel with all these great guys on the forum.
