Trial edition scoop removal

Anyone had a idea how to remove the scoop insert on the the trail hood. I removed the 4 nuts but there a 3 clips or pins that hood it in place. Is there a trick to them?

Just push in on those clips and it comes right off.

What are your plans? Just curious...

I think I used a 10mm deep socket to squeeze and push the pins out.

I got my runner used and the hood has a ton of rock chips so a good buddy of mine owns a vinyl wrap company, so he said he would wrap the hood on 3m matte black vinyl for free. I just wanted to pull the scoop put so I can have it wrapped separate

Who's your buddy? Not looking for free just for future reference in case I want to wrap my hood again. The first try with Antman didn't work out too well. No offense Jeff, we didn't know what we were doing! Lol.

Is he on LI or up in RI?
