Have had this happen three times now on my 2018 SR5:
truck does not want to go back to H2 after being put in H4. First time I put it in H4 to drive out of some mud, and it wouldn't go back into H2 until I put it in park, turned off the engine, and started again. (That time I only drove a half a block or so)
Similar happened a few weeks later...I'd driven my commute one rainy morning in H4 to give it it's montly "exercise", and went to put it in 2 once I parked, and it wouldn't go. (The knob simply won't turn)
Then today, after driving in L4 to pull up my snowy driveway, it went easily into H4, but getting it into H2 required putting the truck in park and restarting the engine.
Totally possible I am doing something wrong, but I don't think I'm doing anything different than I am when it goes smoothly between the two. Any thoughts?
