Trouble Starting

2000 V6 269,000 miles


so on cold starts ive been having problems. Turn the key and nothing, no sounds, no starting nothing. this started a few weeks ago, one or two dead tries then it fires up like nothings wrong. today it was 6 or so tries on a cold morning before she cranked up.

one theory someone said might be the starter relay. i pulled it and the relay looks very clean and happy. but who knows if the inside is unhappy.

any other ideas??
