truck wont pass smog need help!

So i have a 1995 4runner 3.0 4x4 its time to take it to smog it, and it runs great no miss fire and i am so confused on what can be the problem they said my truck is a "Gross Pulitoer" think i spelt that wrong, but anyways can someone help me.

I have replaced

coolent temp sensor
both o2 sensors
plugs
plug wires
cap
fuel flitter
timing belts
air flitter

and i think its the CAT but not sure, but i did order one and hopefully thats the problem, anyone else know why?

I recently went through the same situation with my 4runner. I passed after replacing the cat and cleaning the egr system. You should also check fuel pressure and see if you have a stuck injector (possible cause for the rich condition).
You also might be able to lean it out by adjusting the air flow meter.

Just chuck it all and go register it in AZ mine cost $69 for 5 years and no smog ever.

Catalytic converter. I think my readings were similar to yours and they told me the cat for sure. I replaced it and on tuesday, I passed.

ill be replacing my CAT on sunday monring and cleaning out my erg valve, ill kept you guys updated and see what happens, and thank you for all your replys! and i live CA and i live around 6-8 hours alway and dont have the gas, but i herd from a couple of freinds that they do that, i would if i could

I live in CA too. But just got totally sick of the dmv fees and smog laws.

is it possible that i put the o2 sensors on backwords? runs better after putting the cat on this morning, but what are the signs of backwords 02 sensors, if they are backwords, ill be switching them tomorrow.

im not sure if it will pass, i have to save up the money to smog it again and yes when it passies im down to go
