Try Before You Buy Program by Toyota

Some dealerships have a rental department. You have to call each one listed in the link to find out if they have a 4Runner available to "try before you buy".

As luck would have it, the dealership that I purchased my T4R from is a "Try before you Buy" dealership. I have since relocated and there isn't a dealership within 200 miles of me to offer this service. Of course, when I bought me 2010, most dealerships (including the one I purchased from) was waiting on inventory to arrive from Japan, so may not have had anything to offer, even if the service was available.
