no, you could use the 4runner one, but first you need to decide what shock/strut you are gonna go with... OME, Bilstien, KYB, OE, ect... and what model of what brand. if you are gonna go with Bilstien(what i would recommend) then what series? -the "stock" TRD set, ie the 4600 series or do you want the nicer 5100 series -neither of those actually come for the 4runner, they are either tundra or tacoma, and with the 5100 series the only difference between the tundra and tacoma springs is the adjustability of them, the trundra strut will have 5 settings where as the tacoma will only have 3, the extra 2 that the tundra have are in the middle, so its more of a "fine tuneable" strut than the tacoma, but both have the same overall range, in height adjustment. the tundra just offers more adjustments in the middle area.
