Turn signals in Shrockworks bumper

Hey all, for those with Shrockworks bumpers... I've heard the turn signals that come with them are not the best. I also like to run DRLs during the day for visibility.

What all are you guys using as replacements for the turn signals? I was looking at these and was wondering if anyone has them or think they'd fit?

Necessary? Nope! Cool and slightly useful? Maybe!

The bulbs in my turn signals for the Shrockworks bumper are already on the fritz. If someone confirmed which of VLED's units fit, I would definitely be interested as well.

This is what I'll be going with when I scratch the coin together to order one.

I just got off the phone w/ Mark over at Shrockworks.

He actually recommended going with the regular round holes. The bulb is a 2357.

From superbrightleds.com , this translates into an 1157 size LED bulb, which is one of the options when getting the amber V3 Triton. So I guess technically it should work but I don't know for sure.

The amber tritons are indeed my primary choice right now. I actually called VLED today and they're working on a fully waterproof control box for their tritons currently which should debut in several months in a new version.... I'm assuming v4. I get my bumper in December so if they're not ready, looks like it's v3's .

Also will be going with the low and high beam 5000k LED replacements as well when the new version comes out in several weeks.

By the way, the guy over at VLED was a real pleasure to talk to. Super knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

The bulbs they use are a cheap, easy-to-find replacement and plenty reliable, he said. He seemed to think it wasn't really a problem area with their bumpers.

This is what I have. Awaiting for the weekend to arrive for the install.

Our turn signals we get are manufactured by hella, and got a bad wrap for a while when they stopped sending us the boots that fit over the back of the housing which prevent moisture from seeping in through the terminals. We had to work with hella to get them to re-implement the boot since.

I have been running the same bulbs in my bumper for about 4 years, I dont submerge my bumper doing deep water crossings like some do, but for day to day use they work great.
