I wondered about that, too. But at least some don't, based on my research. I figure to get my OEM pieces from Amazon and if the nuts are needed, I'll hit the local dealer.

Talked with my local dealership, for an 01-02 4Runner LBJ bolts the part number is:
90119-10933
(Bolt with washer).
I'm certain mine have a washer and are not a flange bolt. After some research, for 2002 and some 2001s the part number is 90119-10933. For earlier models, the part number is 90170-20003 as correctly stated by [MENTION=10169]TheDurk[/MENTION].
Just thought I would pass that along.

I just recieved my otr from camelback and they both came with a jam nut

I guess it depends how there feeling that day or if they have them in stock at the time its packaged.. who knows
Just curious what is the total price all this is running you, as I want to do the same eventually on my 4runner.

I'll start this weekend and work on things all next week and hopefully be done with it by next weekend. It's tough working full time and also not knowing what I'm doing so everything takes twice as long to do, if I'm lucky... Will fall back on my Grand Am to get me around in the meantime. I'll probably pop on here frequently asking all kinds of questions.

The project is now complete. The driver side of the truck fought me the entire way and I had have my mechanic help (he drove to my house and landed a hand) not sure why that side, but when it's all said and done, I had to get a reman left front axle (discovered damage when took everything off) and rear sway bar end links (moog) because they broke when trying to get to the rear coils and shocks, both of which I also replaced (moog coils, monroe rear shocks.) Front strut assembly is also replaced with monroe quick strut assembly since I didn't want to deal with compressing the spring.
I didn't get a chance to do the power steering bushings so that's a project for another day, probably when i do the power steering fluid drain and refill... If I had the money, I would have had my mechanic do everything as it was a total PITA! Working on rusted/frozen bolts are not fun, especially if you don't have the right tools or the know-how...
The truck now sits about an inch higher and rides alot smoother. I also took advantage of my Lifetime Alignment from Tires Plus and got that done, as well as free tire rotation and balance.
Future Projects:
Power Steering Rack Bushings
Power Steering Fluid Drain and Refill
Redo Thermostat jiggle valve from 12p to 6p (my fault for using Haynes and not the Toyota)
Install B&M Trans Cooler (not bypass since new rad)
Differential Fluid Drain and Refill
Install Single DIN aftermarket stereo
Install Single DIN CB radio (Cobra 18 WX ST II)
Replace Power Antenna + install on/off switch for it near RR Diff Lock
It just never ends... I'll have to wait until my bank account recovers which will take a couple of months!
