I got a harness included with some replacement fog lights I purchased, and I won't be using it. When I get home I'll check to see if it has the actual bulb connectors on it. If it does, it's yours for $10 + cost of shipping.
Otherwise, look around on eBay or of course, the pick and pull. I think Corollas used similar fog lights. You can get a whole section of wire harness for near nothing. If you want simpler, go to your local auto parts store and you can probably get a replacement HB4 or 9005 connector. (I forget what type of bulb they use off the top of my head.)
