What this is?
This is a full turn key kit which includes a wiring harness, switch, zip ties, and hardware to operate your rear window from inside the vehicle, with the ignition off. I also include a few spare clips in case you break yours while removing the rear panel.
Why do I want it?
It started a few years back when I was on a camping trip in my 4th gen, sleeping in the back. I woke up hot and wanted to roll the windows down but had to crawl up front, turn the ignition on, lower window, turn ignition off then get into bed. I figured there had to be a better way so I developed kits that allow you to operate the rear window while camping. This is perfect for those of us who love to get out in our trucks and camp in the back.
How do I install it?
Installation requires a phillips, flathead, 10mm socket, some way to cut out the switch and general know how. I include a thorough installation manual via PDF which covers step by step how to install including which wires to tap into.
