Unanswered Tundra brake conversion questions

So I'm not finding the answers I seek, so here goes. ...

I have the factory 16" split 3 spoke wheels, will the Tundra 13wl (231mms) calipers fit fine/safely with some minor grinding of the calipers and trimming of the dust shield?

And this is the tough one, do factory (Napa) replacement front brake hoses for my 98 4runner fit the 13wl's ?
Also do they replace the entire line including the crappy metal line right at the calipers?

And finally do braided steel lines replace the WHOLE thing including the metal line?
Where is a respectable cheap place to get them, I'm in Va.
Do these need to be for my 98 4runner or a 2005 Tundra?

If memory serves me

the 199 calipers clear the split spokes without grinding.

Replacement hoses, including stainless, only replace the rubber hoses not the hard metal lines. Hope that helps! Not sure about the other stuff... I highly recommend the stainless steel brake lines when you do the tundra brakes... Gets rid of the spungyness

Buy new ones from the dealer. There is no read. To replace the. Unless that are stripped fitting. I did not switch lines and they are fine. Bk spongy ness at all
