Underhood DRL module location for late model 4R's?

In the DRL disable faq thread someone shows an image of a DRL Relay. The item in the picture isn't in the vehicle and only a brief description of where it is located is given. Apparently one can simply unplug this item for the DRL disable.

Does anyone have a picture or better explanation of where underhood this module is on late model Runners?

I'd rather just unplug this module than cut wires under the dash if I can find the damn thing.

Edit: Coincidentally a new member posted a perfect picture of the module so I hope this is of some use to folks in the future.

Ignore all that talk about fog light stuff, thats for a different mod.

If you just want to disable permanently, all you have to do is clip the black/yellow wire in pin 12. If you want a switch, just cut the wire and add a switch.

Already read it. If you'd read my post instead of assuming I hadn't done any research you'd know this. I know how to clip the wire but wanted to know the under hood location of the module I posted. The previous poster was helpful and asserted my model doesn't have it. Thanks helpful poster.

I did read what you said.

I was trying to show you how simple it is to just cut the wire instead of finding the module and pulling it out. I didnt know '02's dont have the module, just trying to tell you its easier to cut the wire.

And so explain to me why you dont want to take 30 seconds to clip the wire and be done with it??

thanks for the speedy serivce, also just to confirm i'm pulling the wires to teh relay and not the fuse right, as per diagram

all else being equal who wouldn't unplug vs cut?? I have no reservations about cutting and did the job in about thirty seconds.

king- its right next to the battery up against the fender, unless your hands are small you'll need to move the battery. you can either just unplug or unplug and remove the relay, its got two bolts holding it in.That's all you have to do, no fuse and no wires to cut on the 99's or 00 just 01 and up.
