Uniball/Steering knuckle squeak

Got and have had a squeak between the 2. Not every time, just when I'm stopped and turn the wheel. The spacer stud is turning on the knuckle.

Just curious if anyone has had this and more so, what you've done to stop this? I'm almost to the point of putting cut marks in on the top connecting part on the knuckle, similar to a set of pliers jaws.

Yep, over torqued even seeing if it would hold tighter.

I presume you got your ride back on line after your off roading log event.
I started with a new company doing runs to Washington and back, so don't have much time to keep up on the boards anymore. I last seen you was doing some upgrade parts and in the shop.

Yeah, hit up my build-thread in my signature.

Went with brand new spindles (beefed them up with Total Chaos Spindle Gussets) and Camburg Kinetik UCAs. I haven't noticed squeaking yet, but I'm wondering why the spacer is spinning on the spindle surface.
