Universal turn signal LED lights

Hit a deer one night and took out my left turn signal and fog light with the left part of the bumper. So in order to pass a state safety inspection I need the front turn signals to work. So I bought some cheap led lights on Amazon the lights just came in but now my question is how do I wire them in am I able to use the original wires that did connect to the turn signals when they were there and just splice the wires together? And if the answer is yes how do I do it? I’m kinda dumb when it comes to wiring.

If the wiring matches, you can simply use butt splices to pinch the wires together because 1. its easy and 2. the name. The pro move would be to use heat shrink types that you can seal after, but if this is just a hack job for passing inspection you could even do like my car's previous owner and twist the wires together and maybe even use electrical tape for style points, but I'm not a fan of that myself.

One thing to be wary of is that LED turn signals will draw a lower wattage then the incandescent, and so the flasher module will think the light is out and do hyperflash. Slightly annoying and often comical on other cars, I don't know if that is sufficient for passing.

If it’ll work that’s all that matters to me for the time being. Either I’ll fabricate a bumper make it look sick or I’ll just order a replacement bumper
