Clay bar first and I would avoid sand papers no matter how fine unless you really know what you are doing with wet sanding. Same for rubbing compounds. Your clear coat is only the thickness of a piece of paper. If clay doesn't work....

...Folded up into a pad a small clean 100% cotton detailing cloth and a small dab (about size of a penny) of a quality paint polish like ex., Poorboy's #3, #2.5 or #2 and rub hard and fast back and forth (create heat/friction).
