Unknown Remote Control

So I got my 4Runner (2010 LTD - has every factory option EXCEPT rear seat entertainment system) used at a dealer a few weeks ago. I am still familiarizing myself with everything but there is one thing I cannot figure out.

I found this remote in the center console tissue box holder.

It doesn't seem to control anything...

Is this OEM Toyota? or perhaps the previous owner left the remote in the
console and the dealer forgot to remove it?

It looks like something that the previous owner left behind. My 2011 Limited does not have it.

Dude, that's the remote to control the secret satellite that only Limited owners have access too. During the Limited owners cruise and ordination you were told never ever talk about it in front of non LTD owners. Now delete your post per the instructions given to you at the black tie dinner, which officially never happened either.
