I completely agree. You usually will see trucks advertising torque because that is what they do. though horsepower is important as even said. Also who doesn't love the sound of a V8, especially on the 4runner it's not ridiculously loud, just right and relatively quiet when you are inside. The v6 and v8 are both great engines, as for the next gen, there is no way in hell they will cut the v6 out.
