upcoming redesign

thanks

Thanks for the update - 2010 would suck for me, but was starting to guess that might be reality :(

That new Sequia is pretty sweet - in that class I also really liked the new Infinity, but will be staying smaller. Still fun to testdrive right :)

I still chuckle over the fact that my $44,000 top of the line T4R with almost every option known to man does not have dry cleaning hooks.

I have four in the cargo area, two on each side. Do you have third row seats?

Re: Re: Re: True

I do not have third row seating. However, when I ventured down into the garage and sprung the rear door, guess what I found? Four sets of dry cleaning hooks in the most unlikely place I would have every suspected. Well, well, well.....

And for those of us who think a $44,000 T4R is amusing, I hope you don't think I paid that. As it was, I walked into a Toyota dealer and spied this fully loaded 2007 4X4 V8 Limited which was a leftover factory demo. With the discount and rebates applied I purchased the vehicle for under $32,000. Now does that sound more reasonable? Yeah, it did to me as well.....:D

I believe that if they do add a 5.7L V8 in the 4Runner 5th Gen they wouled end up keeping the V6 option available just like how the Tundra is. It has V6, 4.7 V8, and 5.7 V8. But also if they added the 5.7 they would probably have to redesign the front end to be able to stuff the new motor in there. If they did that then it might as well be a Sequia so they probably won't add the option of the 5.7L V8.

Just my 2 cents about that!:biggrin2:
