Updates/upgrades/additions???

I have some extra change laying around and was wondering what everyone thought I should do. I am really looking at preventative maintenance I can do now to avoid problems down the road. Also looking to add dual battery(complete parts list) and power inverter front and back (where to mount and again parts list).

08 V6 with 90k
What goes out, what gets weak, what can I just do now? I have snooped around, but haven't seen solid answers, but my searching skills do suck at times...

Use the Google t4r search for the dual battery and also look on toyota120.com as well as expeditionportal.com . you can make the dual battery setup as simple or as complicated as you want by building it yourself or just buy a battery and the dirty parts battery kit ($$$ but plug and play) and be done.
