upper ball joints still coming with new knuckles?

i remember about a year ago reading some posts about guys were ordering new upper ball joints from the dealer and receiving a whole new knuckle/spindle with the balljoint already pressed in, I was wondering if anybody could clarify this for me, what did you receive and where did you order them from? thanks alot!

Knuckles come with upper ball joints pressed in. Upper ball joints come solo. Camelback Toyota.

New knuckles means you'd need to have new wheel bearings pressed in too

I bought ACDelco Professional upper ball joints through Amazon. They are re-branded triple 5s.
