USA Spec PA15 or PA20? Also, Wire routing?

Ok, I did some search but I'm confused as to difference between PA15 and PA20. I have a single cd JBL on 2004 4runner. Also, how did you guys route the IPOD and AUX cables?

From what I'm reading the 20 is for Toyotas with Nav... so you would likley use the PA15.

This is how I ran mine when I had my PA12.
