hey.. first post here. Thank you for all the incredible information that is posted by everybody on this forum. I recently purchased a 2011 Toyota 4runner Black limited edition.
1) my USB connection - I have my ipod connected into the USB port. It is very staticky while playing music. I first thought maybe it was the quality of the download (all music downloaded from apple itunes store). But i tried various different songs downloaded from different sources, and I am still noticing a very annoying static producing noise.
2) 120V in the center console - tried to plug in my laptop today to see if the 120 V works. And it didnt. Is there a trick to make it work? does it need turned on?
